The story so far

“I believe healing and learning both start with connection.”

I studied psychology at GC University Lahore, where I completed my MPhil with a specialisation in counseling psychology. Since then I've taught psychology in the government sector, served as a principal, and mentored hundreds of students.

I'm also a certified CBT practitioner and somatic therapist, so I care about two things at once: helping you understand psychology well enough to pass your exam, and helping you use it to feel better in your own life.
