That’s why I design tools for collaborative classrooms and accessible mental health care.

Background

I’m Nafeesa Fiaz, a Psychology Lecturer with an MPhil in counseling psychology from GC University Lahore. Since 2022, I’ve been teaching in the government education sector, mentoring and supporting hundreds of students. As a certified CBT practitioner, and somatic therapist, I combine therapeutic knowledge with academic learning to guide learners not only in their studies, but also in their personal and emotional development.

My mission is to make learning more collaborative and healing-centered by integrating mental health tools into education. My vision is a world where education nurtures the whole person—mind, heart, and wellbeing.

As a Psychology Lecturer (BPS-17), I have taught Psychology at three esteemed Government institutes of Pakistan..

Founder of Psych Exam Series

I built this platform from my own teaching experience—to give students the support I wish I had: mock papers, past papers solutions, and concept-based psychology courses for students preparing for competitive exams.

Principal and Vice Principalship

I have also served in administrative roles as Principal and vice Principal at government college.

Content Creator/ Youtuber

I create educational and motivational content on various platforms, including Youtube, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. (You may find the link of these platforms in the footer area.

Counselor

I providing counseling services to college students, offering guidance and support for personal and academic development.

Researcher

I have been conducting and publishing research on topics such as perfectionism, procrastination, and decision-making at the administration level. I have also constructed a scale for students to check their orientation towards their studies, known as the Study Process Questionnaire. You may find my research publications on Google.

Have Taught Diverse Range of Subjects

I have taught a wide range of subjects, including mass communication, international relations, political science, and education, to university and college-level students.

Tech Savy

With a strong command of digital tools like WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and animation platforms like Doodly and Vyond, I integrate tech into education and research. I also enjoy creatively arranging photo collages into meaningful alphabetic or numeric designs.
